Part Three, Victory in the Pacific - 1944-45 witnesses American troops turning the tide of war at such locales as the Philippines, the Battle of Leyte Gulf, Tinian, Saipan and Okinawa. Part Four, Crucial Turning Points, follows the story of 15 battles that turned the tide of World War II, utilizing such elements as archival footage of battles, rare color film, and declassified files.
