This is my first shave gel, so I have nothing to compare it to...I'm coming from brush,puck lather and a couple of creams to this gel.. to me it doesnt have enough slickness but I've only used it twice and once again it's my first gel. I could grow to love it but not what it seem like from reviews and videos I read and seen. Pros--- goes on clear Scent not bad (for me) Skin is not dry after shave Cons- Not slick enough Price 10$ a bottle ehh maybe ok Unknown -- How long this will last if you use this more than just line ups... like shaving whole face regularly. Terrible with wet/dry electrics
Currently I’ve been using a high end philips rotary shaver and I’ve used it with everything from various brush creams and soaps, shave butters and Gillette no foam gel and get pretty much same performance from all. Read about this and saw good reviews so grabbed a bottle. I can’t say how well it might work with a DE razor as I’ve not tried that yet, but it is terrible with my electric. Zero slickness. Seriously, zero. Would’ve been better off shaving dry. Kinda odd. Since this was formulated by Barbers, it's designed to keep the lubrication going from the time it is applied through conversation, during the lineup on the right and the left. Still wet when you need it. The fragrance was formulated to give the customer an elevated experience! Can be used in residential settings with standard razors. Only needs a large dot and a bit of spreading per side. When used in correct amounts, the value is amazing!Goes on clear, stays moist for as long as it takes.
