    Faulty controller

    I wrote a review when I first got this and I said nothing but good things, but now that I've had it for about a month I have some problems, one problem specifically. Ever since the day after we got it, at least once every week, one of the controllers will not connect to our playstation no matter what we do. we have tried looking up how to connect it, but it takes at least 30 minutes before it actually connects. Tonight it just stopped working all together. We have been trying to get it to connect for the past hour and a half, but it just won't. The controller turns on, but it won't connect to our playstation. We are thinking we got a faulty controller, very upsetting.

    Missing items

    Several items were not included in box. 1- Missing IRON MAN GAME VOUCHER 2- DEMO Game voucher was previously redeemed 3- #2 set up cable missing 4- Stereo headphones and earpieces missing 5- Missing inline remote that should be attached to headset connecting cable. Talks about it in setup, but not in box. I want the missing items or I want my money back. Simple.
