Seller told me to fill out a damage form at the post office, which only the shipper can do. I returned the item (including paying for return shipping) and seller ghosted. Had to call eBay to reconcile the transaction or I never would have received my refund. STRONGLY WARN AGAINST PURCHASING FROM THIS SELLER.

    Not touch screen. I have hand tremors and for some reason I make touch screens go haywire. I also drop things a lot and the screen is not easy to break. very little prior use. Like new. ecstatic with purchase.

    Desirable Samsung Gusto

    Samsung Gusto (SCH-365) has desirable feature of letting owner send text messages in text, picture or voice, unlike Verizon Alcatel Go Flip V, which I bought. Alcatel is tougher than Gusto but has far fewer features.

    Great phone for 85 year old mother

    I got this as a replacement for my mother who had broken her previous phone and wanted something similar. This is a great flip phone for the money and does exactly what she needs it to do - place and received cell phone calls. I am sure it has a great camera as well, but that is not even used. What she does like is that it is nice and compact and fits in her purse easily.
