    Recommended Laser Iridium NGK 92145 & LZFR5CI-11 Spark Plug review for 2014 RAM 3500 with 5.7L Hemi engine.

    Laser Iridium NGK 92145 & LZFR5CI-11 Spark Plugs is what has been recommended for my 2014 RAM 3500 with the 5.7 liter hemi engine. When I changed my original plugs at 88K miles all looked good with little to no evidence of wear. What was puzzling was that each of the original spark plugs were NGK IR but were ILZFR5E-11. Each original plug also had what looked be a painted reddish dot on top of the center electrode. I think this signifies that these are the original spark plugs and the dot was added by the manufacturer. I am not sure why there is a difference in the spark plug number that is being recommended and the original spark plugs I removed. The new one seem to work fine but I think its worth looking into and evaluating for yourself.
