    4GB PC3L-12800S DDR3 1600 / 204 Pin By MICRON

    Micron 1600mhz doubled the laptop ram to 8gb and greatly increased speed. Adding the second memory module also activates the dual channel function. Micron makes the chips for Crucial brand ram, so its high quality.

    Used Matched Pair Worked Well

    Worked in everything I tried these, which were mainly NUC-type USFF PCs. Also worked in a Lenovo laptop which requires PC3L-12800S RAM. As a matter of personal preference, I purchase PC3L-12800S RAM, only, as these will also work in older NUCs and laptops which state they accept PC3-12800 (1.5 volt) OR PC3L-12800S (1.35 volt) RAM. So, from my perspective, 1.35 volts is the way to go. At least on Intel-based devices, which is the only type I presently use.
