Not a good experience at all. The speakers I received looked nothing like the ones I ordered. Turns out they were out of the speakers I ordered so they decided to ship the newer version and way different looking speakers. I was going for a certain look and the ones they sent were ugly. So I wanted a refund. There communication is so slow, I only got a single response each day even if I responded within minutes of them. What should have took a day or two, took two weeks. Stay away!

The power and ground wire i received in the package was like an 8ga instead of a 4ga wire like it was supposed to be. But when I contacted the seller to notify them. They immediately offered to send out a free replacement or start to process a refund. Which is hard to come by these days in my experience with online shopping. Customer service is outstanding.
