DON'T LEAVE YOUR CHARGER PLUGGED IN! THIS WILL CRIPPLE BATTERY LONGEVITY! TRY TO KEEP THE CHARGE LEVEL AT 50 TO 75%!

The battery that I ordered had a piece of the plastic housing broken when I received it.
The broken piece of plastic was in the battery packaging...
Could have happened during shipping or perhaps before it was shipped.
Either way, my attempts to contact the seller for a replacement were ignored...Which seems to be a reoccurring issue with this seller based on the feedback that I've read ...
Moving forward, I'll be shopping elsewhere...
