    I hate leaving negative feedback but I am forced to in this instance. Let me start by stating that the seller did refund my money. However that doesn’t make up for not providing a tracking number and only contacting me to claim my item was lost in the mail after I contacted them first to inquire about a tracking number for the item. Also, I still don’t have the item. I hope that in the future, this seller will improve on their communication and provide tracking numbers for their shipments.

    Unfortunately, this seller is a scam. I ordered an item that UPS says they tried to deliver, however, this is a business and we were open the whole day the package was attempted to be delivered. When I attempted to track the package, UPS referred me to talk to AMAZON. I have no reference number to contact AMAZON with, so apparently this seller does an amazon drop ship scam. The seller then contacted UPS as the receiver and scheduled a "pick up" but of course, I have no idea where that might be

    Well Designed Header

    Unlike others, this header accommodates string with a range of diameters & shapes, and is very easy to load with new string. Additionally, when loaded with two individual strings, four radial cutting string segments are formed. The header is plastic and will eventually wear out- but it is priced relatively low and does last a long time. It’s easily installed on my straight weed eater and comes with many fittings for many types of weed eaters. After trying a number of them, It’s my header of choice.

    Good Quality; Easy To Use; You can't go wrong with this one.

    This is so much better than the one that comes with the weed eater. I've had one on my old weed eater for years and it worked great. Easy to use; just push the button and pull out the old pre-cut string, and insert the new one. I ordered a new one for my new weed eater.
