      Works with Windows 10

      Even a Simple mirror through this card far exceeded Windows Mirroring. Getting about 290MB Sequential on 2 WD RED 8TB Drives. The 5400 RPM version. Windows was about 120-140 and would rapidly fall if transferring between volumes. My boot time even sped up despite the os being on a separate SSD. However there is a firmware bug that causes the battery to report as failed, be sure to update the firmware and gas gauge prior to putting data on it. The process is relatively painless. If you have drives over 3TB in your system spanned or mirrored, you need this card. I initially experienced numerous lockups and performance hits after changing to 8 TB drives, because of the 24+ hour resynch process which does occur sometimes even after proper shutdowns.
