Complicated but shouldn't be
It didnt work. Cateye Heart rate which was the correct unit for this model, (they have different HR montors)would not recognize unit. Second unit I had to return and eat the psotage and hanling of both.

Just wish the strap had a clip to make it easier to remove from the chest as you need to loosen then either slide it down to your feet or over your arms.
