Very disappointed. The item was ordered and paid for, it was then listed as shipped however never arrived. I attempted to contact the seller to find out tracking details as the item was ‘tracked delivery’ but got no reply. I then raised a concern that the item hadn’t arrived, I made it clear I still wanted the item but was instantly refunded with no communication from the seller. I would have been happy to wait longer for delivery if they had just communicated with me.
