    Very unethical business. At first was apologetic but quickly declined the return/exchange request after realizing it was 6 days outside their return policy. Part delivered was for non-turbo engine. Had ordered for the 3.5L Ecoboost twin turbo motor. Did not get a chance to install until 5 days outside the 30-day window. I trusted them to send the right part. That was my mistake. Their attitude is "too bad" you should have installed it within 30 days. Picture shows the part they sent.

      OEM is the way to go

      This is a special oem part that cools the PTU and catalytic converter on AWD Fords. Not meant for all vehicles. I purchased a vehicle that was missing this part

      Factory fit

      On my 2012 explorer the factory piece fell off due to rusted bolts. Dealer wanted double the price. Fits like it should and delivered in a timely manner
