I received the package and it was a little more banged up than I would have liked. One corner was really bad. I took pictures and everything so I could have evidence for my return. However, after I opened the box, the projector was in great shape and had plenty bubble wrap and padding around it. It works perfectly and is nice and bright. Can't find any dust in it either. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Also, they sent the proper, branded remote which is good.
