Very effective and easy to use
The wrap holds in place very nicely and is pretty comfortable. I don't like the way the cold pack goes into the wrap around. I don't think it will hold up. I only use one cold pack so I just leave it in and put the whole thing in the freezer. I can grab and put it on in 15 seconds and go about my business. You're not supposed to ice your back for more than 20 minutes so you don't really need both packs. It fits the small of your back perfectly. I would have liked it to be a little longer to reach my hip joint, but that's not what it does. The velcro strap is soft and wide so you can put it on nice and tight and it doesn't move around, but is still comfortable.
