    2017 Chevrolet Silverado Ranchero quick lift struts

    The quick lift struts are fairly easy to install took me about 3 hours but you better have at least a 3 foot pry bar, one to relive the tension on the sway bar and to pry the upper a-arm back in place, looks like it gave me about 2.0 inches lift, springs will settle after driving, the ride is a little stiffer, I have them set to full soft, over all I like the struts they do what they say it will. No instructions came with strut and could not find any on there web site.

    2 years later - I can't take it anymore!

    I installed these struts two years ago and it was a much needed update at the time because my stock struts were totally shot with well over 150,000 miles. At first, the ride felt somewhat nice. Much better than riding on old worn out struts. However, as time passed, I became so irritated with how much truck drives, as if every single bump in the road makes the entire truck rattle. All the road construction and giant bumps in the road makes these struts go "WHAM" really hard when they hit the bumps. I've spent too much money updating my truck and its suspension for it to feel so bad. I did install some nice oversize tires on my Silverado, Ironman 285/70/17 rather than the stock 265/70/17. THAT part of the truck is nice. Looks great and the tires have great grip. But I want a smooth stock ...

    Worth it!

    If you want to dramatically change the front end t hrow this kit on. I installed these on my GMC sierra 1500. Night and day difference! Raises it up surprisingly higher.

    Takes atleast 2hrs for install.Buy new sway bar links a/c need to undo and with large pry bar push down on lower control arm(used long pipe).Overall seen header jobs.Good luck
