    An excellent paring knife

    This is an excellent paring knife. Always sharp! I lost my old one recently , and had to order another right away! Although the aluminum handle does discolor over time, I love the light weight feel to it.

    I can't be without it!

    I bought a knife exactly like this one about 3 years ago. It is, hands down, my FAVORITE paring knife. It has kept it's SHARP cutting edge to this very day. But, I've nearly lost it a couple of times! It has accidentally fallen into the trash, hid behind something on the counter, other things that made me panic! So I bought this new one as a back up! I CAN'T BE WITHOUT THIS LITTLE PARING KNIFE! End. Period.

    Rada Granny Paring Knife R100 Curved Blade

    This is the best little knife - small enough for my small hands but stays sharp always. It's perfect for peeling potatoes, cutting up cucumbers, carrots, etc. The curved blade is perfect and makes it easier to use. I have used one like this for many years and it's great!

    I lost my favorite knife......

    I couldn't find my favorite Rada knife, thought I'd thrown it out with the scraps as I had done once before. Ordered two more....found it as soon as I hit "Place order." No problem....I use this knife several times a day and am always looking for it.....now I have three. Best knife for avocados.....you just slice it in half and the curve of the knife is perfect for scooping out all the pulp and taking out the seed...strawberries...tomatoes....apples....olives...cherries...celery....green onions...the best.
