Never made sourdough bread before so was a bit nervous.I followed the instructions to the T. Well was amazed at how great the bread came out. Was just like a San Francisco style sourdough bread. Great crust and cell structure. Super flavor. I used king Arthur unbleached all purpose flour. Got the 11lb bag at Costco for around $7.50. Great starter and easy to maintain. Made many loafs already.
