Item was supposed to come 7/28 at latest. I messaged 2 times asking for ship info. Seller never responded. I requested refund 7/28 since tracking said it never had my item. THEN seller shipped item out late after I requested refund for them not shipping out or messaging back. I received the item today with a rip in the postal packaging and the product is NOT as described. There are holes in the packaging and it's torn up. Disappointing!
