She was super friendly and resolved the issue for me. These pipettes work well for what I need. It doesn't suck the liquid up to 10 ml & that is the only down side. I will just do 5 ml + 5 ml (or something similar). I need something long and that has no print on it, which this is. Mine are also accurately measured, meaning for ex: when it is at 5 ml, it is indeed 5 ml. Thank you, Lizzie!
