The shop and owner were great. They shipped it priority mail because I worried it wouldn't get here in time. It ended up taking 6 weeks to get to me and so I sent it back but it wasn't the shop's fault. I ended up getting the Zane Pro instead as I didn't realize initially that there was a difference. I would have returned the rod even if it got there in time but I was glad I had a backup for my upcoming trip as the shipping really didn't go as planned. I would order from them again 100%
