The seller first shipped out the fan which was received sooner than expected. Unfortunately when I came to install it the laptop (HP 470 G5) would then not boot up. This was mentioned to the seller and he immediately sent out a replacement that has been fitted and worked fine. Average temperature of my CPU went down from 98°C to an average of around 58°C - Very happy with the product and service.
