I just got back from my first camping trip with the new battery and it worked like a charm. The vendor was great and helped me get the right battery for my CPAP machine. I initially ordered a different battery and the vendor called me at home to let me know the battery I ordered wouldn't work with my CPAP machine. Reliable Power for Your CPAP Machine When the Electricity Goes Off!
This battery is longer lasting than other cpap batteries. Everything needed is included in this package. Instructions are provided for everything. After reading the instructions, I plugged the cpap easily into the battery and went to sleep. It worked like perfectly! Since the battery lasts several nights (5 - 8 depending on your pressure setting) you no longer need to keep several batteries. The supplied charger is very easy to use. It is a lightweight device that is great for traveling. This setup allows for two connections, so another device, such as a cell phone charger, can be connected. The first solid nights rest camping I’ve had in 15 years…..followed by 3 more nights!
Well I finally got a chance to test the battery. This is the first time in many many years that I’ve slept solidly through the night while camping. I didn’t wake myself up with snoring nor did I wake up with a sore throat or a horrible dry mouth. I slept soundly through the night for three nights in a row. I have a hunch the battery would’ve probably given me two more nights. I didn’t use a humidifier, just the machine. I also didn’t charge any other electronics on it like a phone or anything… Maybe in the future. I got to say that I am very very impressed. The only downfall… And I repeat the only downfall… Is that the battery is pretty heavy. I’m certainly not going to do any backpacking with it. The batteries way it was mentioned in the nomenclature when I bought it so it can’t be ... Well I finally got a chance to test the battery.
