Price was great. Delivery was fast. The sound volume is better than expected. Hands free calling will not initiate Google assistant to place calls. It does receive calls without problems. Biggest dislike is it won't stay on your neck. The weight of the control buttons on the right side causes the whole thing to slide off your neck after a few minutes. The magnets are not strong enough. Great for listening to your laptop or tablet without disturbing others!
