The Postmaster confirmed it because the postal employee was required to take a picture of the mailbox to where it was delivered. 10 days after the package was incorrectly delivered, I contacted Ebay and they contacted the seller who immediately shipped another, one which I received in 5 days. You really never know how good the seller and the Ebay guarantees are until something goes wrong. I give them both 5 stars! The product is perfect!
