Seller no response to my 2 messages. DEFECTIVE item sold from this seller. Missing brown wire so it is useless. Chain on my original lifgate motor broke so I looked for replacement. After we installed replacement, lift gate still wont open. We realize this seller piece is missing brown connection wire. We removed my motor with proper brown wire then mounted on this seller bracket and chain. Now itnwork. $80 is expensive chain that this seller sold.
