    Comes w/ 4 larger size ice packs.Not the miniature ones. I can use 2 while other two are in freezer. Wraps perfectly around head w a cold side or flip over for cool side. Highly recommend. Knocks out my migraine headache. I use it prior to getting headache, so it a huge quantity of life lift.
