The screen protector showed up earlier than expected, always appreciated! The packaging (came in a padded USPS mailing envelope) was ripped, dinged, and partially open. That of course is a problem with USPS, not the seller. A "fragile, do not bend" sticker might have helped. Luckily, the protector box which showed slight damage was just enough to protect it. Also, I feel the item could have come with a squeegee to assist with the installation.

One of the best sellers on eBAY! I got the first shipment that has both screen protectors kinked and were unuseable. The seller immediately sent me a replacement. However, the second one arrived yesterday and unfortunately it was also folded and is unuseable. So, it looks like the packaging used to ship makes it susceptible for getting kinks and folds during shipment. Perhaps using a cardboard sheet inside the shipping envelope would make things better.
