great communication from seller but not the response id hoped for I emailed about the miss aligned threads which preven the airtight capacity which is the most important detail of a cafetera. I was instructed to send it back and they would send me another one. The shipping at my expense would be the price of mailing new product. It was disappointing to say the least most sellers will replace a faulty product to make customer happy, especially under ﹩20.
