Instead I was charged $19.96, and I've messaged the seller several times requesting he credit me the $13.80 difference. Those requests have gone unanswered. Seller isn't honoring his ORIGINAL LISTING and is DISHONEST. BUYER BEWARE! Seller has since updated the listing to be $4.99 shipping/patch, in an attempt to not refund me.
