They did pack it well and ship it right away but my issue is that the ball/cap that they sent for my 50ml pipette if for a 10ml pipette. It seems like they sent the wrong size because it fits in a smaller tube, or maybe it was just a mistake, who knows. At any rate, I had to order the ball/caps off Amazon. I thought about returning the item but this is not worth shipping half way around the world for a second time. You can see in the image how much liquid it's capable of picking up
