    Out of Spec?

    Was unable to get it pressed into place. Understand need to get a good, watertight fit, but believe the slit and lip which snugs the inside of the trunk are too tight and small, respectively.

    I made it work.

    The rubber material is much harder than factory stock. Heating it makes no difference. But if you trim the botom lip 2 millimeters and lube it , it will fit.
