Returned the first one as right hand pocket shorter than the left. Some type of cord / material attached to right hand pocket between pocket and fleece lining. Company sent another, same problem. I managed to snap the cord / material? Left me a largish hole which I sewed up. Pockets now the same size. One of the reasons for buying this jacket was the deep pockets.
Apart from that fault it's a lovely warm jacket.
