I have not needed this item yet, so I can't really rate it, but ebay won't let me leave feedback unless I rate it. I gave it 0ne star because I cannot accurately rate it. Ebay should pull their head out and make the item rating optional. This could be 6 star stuff, but I won't know unless I have a bleeding emergency.
