This stuff is great at calming the mind. My boyfriend is bipolar and we use these to assist with the rage episodes. It works wonders. It also helps with anxiety and eases sleeping issues. Just find the right dosage. Try it. You'll thank me. Store in a cool dry place NOT the bathroom.
