Buyer never contacted us regarding the issue he was having with his No Bark Collar for his dog delivered to him on 11/30. He just posted the Negative Feedback. Even, so, we messaged him with all the information that he might need to get the Collar to work. We have free returns, so we also offered him to return it for a replacement or a refund. The Buyer never replied back to our message and never opened a return. We trust that he must have gotten the Collar to work. We wish he would change FB.
