    Suffering from IBS? Read This.

    Besides Buscopan, this is the only thing that has helped my IBS. Been visiting hospitals for 3,5 years with stomache pains/cramps. Been treated with psychofarmaca and various other pills to "help stomache". All useless or making things worse. Also tried probiotics, which also made the IBS worse. Symptoms such as balloon stomache, cramps, severe burning pain, hard stomache (cant poop), diarrhea & periods with lack of sleep due to this. These have helped alot! Can now go to toilet normally almost every day. No balloon stomache. Rarely any cramps. No diarrhea. Alot less pain & sleeping just fine now. I really recommend this for people suffering of IBS. Its not a magic fix, but sure as hell makes life alot easier...

    This is a first rate product, it helps me digest my food, I take two capsules in the morning with my breakfast. You can take, and most people do, take one, or two capsules each time time you have a meal.But personally I only take them with my Breakfast,it tells you on the packet how many is safe to take,I find that they do help me.

    Pepermint Oil Capsules

    This product has made my bowel movement easier. No more hard pressing. Negative side is that once you get the twinges that you need to poo you had better go. In relation to that negative side if going any where outside on say a short trip, go to the toilet and as I said earlier no hard pressing, you will find that you can poo okay at any time. Product works for me.
