Fail in my Sony camcorder.
Though it was listed as being a supported camcoder model, my Sony Handycam DCR-SX44 will not let me use this Kastar battery. Soon after I power up the camera, I get a "Cannot use this battery in the camcorder." error message, which has error code "C:04:00" I have had the same failure with other after market brands, such as Opteka, and Wasabi Power. Seems the only ones that work reliably are authentic Sony infoLithium batteries. Though, I'm not sure those are still available.
