    Like slicing butter!

    It is the sharpest knife in my drawer. I compared it to a Cutco steak knife (#2159) acquired just recently as this Tojiro. The Tojiro cut through a sirloin even better! The only slight knock is I think the handle is a bit small.

    kinda meh stainless steel better for kitchen

    pros: very sharp agile and comfortable to hold cons if you gonna even breath on it it will start rusting rapidly
