Seller quickly remedied a miscommunication for a different jacket then helped answer questions about the jacket that was my second choice. My purchase arrived a day early and is exactly what I wanted, My only critique is on TOTALLY not the seller's fault. The manufacturer (First MFG) claims the Vendetta fits true to size. I would disagree. It's a bit snug. Again - that is in no way a refection of the transaction with Pure_Helmet. That was great.
