The motherboard is awesome for liquid cooling and overclocking. It has built in liquid cooling on the board using EKWB which is a fantastic company and it also has some awesome features for RGB as well as a M.2 PCIx4 slot. Which if you look offers ridiculous speeds.

if you want to game on the highest settings, provided you have a beefy enough GPU, this'll get you there, and keep your gear cool. Where it WONT help you, is if you need a cpu with more than 4 physical threads. that is literally the only downside do this socket/board.
