    Works like a charm, no problems as of yet

    Had an old Dell P513 printer that had been used once and then left on a shelf for 3 years. It was printing streaky and faded even after adding fresh ink and giving the print heads a deep clean. Switched the old printhead with one of these and everything seems to be working perfectly ever since.

    About my purchased refurbished printer head.

    Hello, The first few times I used it it worked fine but now after not using it for one week I keep getting the error message to remove printer head, wipe with dry lint less cloth and reinsert, it just goes to error again and I believe I will have to return it.     I saved over $300 by buying this part instead of having my v515w printer repaired., or throwing it away and buying a new one.

    The originsl printhead in my v515w printer that came with my Dell computer lasted until about six weeks ago, yhrn stopped printing. I then found that no place here will repair them. Everyone said "Oh no, buy our NEW printer instead, because we will charge you $400 to repair your old one!" But I knew that installing my print head is extremely easy, as I had done it once before, about five years ago. So I ordered your printhead fopr about $30 and it was a snap to install. After running one deep clean cycle (as described in the owner's manual) everything is now working, and I am $370 to the good! Great work guys! By the way, since you sold me a reconditioned print head, would you be interested in either of the two old (no longer working) print heads I have on hand?

    Great print head replacement. Made my printer print like new again,

    My printer was not printing, but now that I replaced the print head with this new one, my printer is like new again. Saved me a lot of money by not having to buy a new printer.
