Good Wire, but Uneven Lamination
I bought this magnet wire for a toroidal transformer used in an inverter. It was nice and cheap, but the lamination appeared to be uneven (some areas on the wire were more copper-colored than others). However, I did not put any islolation between the windings on the transformer, and the transformer produces about 200 Volts, yet I have not had any issues with current leaking from one winding to another. So I cannot complain. Overall, a good product!I bought this magnet wire for a toroidal transformer used in an inverter.
