Dewalt DW47-12 7" Diamond masonry saw for circular saws
Dewalt DW4712 7" Masonry blade arrived w/o blister packaging but with no rust or dings. It will go on my my old Craftsman circular saw to replace the one I moved to my wet tile saw. These blades are CONTINUOUS RIM which is well suited for my needs. I run them dry and have had no problems. The kerf is on the wide side but the inherent safety of the continuous rim is well worth it in terms of the additional material cutting loss. This saw is primarily used for preparing rock and mineral samples for science students and with a light touch it yields nice smooth edges. Very good blades at a great price
Used these blades for stone cutting and they lasted just fine. With that said, of course the type of stone is key. I was cutting (and grinding) field stone and the blades never dulled. Try them on a piece of granite conglomerate, and of course different story. With that said, I would highly recommend these. Be realistic with what you try to cut and you won't be disappointed.
