There are no instructions, but if you have any mechanical skills you should be able to do this yourself. You'll need the correct Allen wrenches or sockets. Condition was good, everything came carefully wrapped. The quality of the bags themselves is very good and the paint is a perfect match for my vivid black Heritage. And you can't beat the price!
