Might need some sealer
The heater it's self is just fine. It did, however, seep with just the o-ring. It is a 35mm soft plug heater going into a 40mm bore on my S530 Bobcat, so the o-ring could be a little bigger. I used some "Permatex Right Stuff " sealer to complete the seal and that worked out fine. Not at all uncommon with a lot of soft plug heaters where the heater manufacturers try to cover a lot of applications with a minimum of part numbers. If it had come with a little larger o-ring it would have been fine and would have earned a "5".The heater it's self is just fine. It did, however, seep with just the o-ring.
