These tablets don't totally knock you out, they just relax you enough to get off to sleep more easily. The recommended dose is 4 tablets about an hour before you try to go to sleep, but I find that 2 tablets is sufficient for me - any more, and I feel a bit groggy next morning, so it's worth varying the dose to see what suits you.

My experience with these wasn’t to good, It took 6 hours for them to have any effect on me by this time I was already up seeing double and feeling sick, I don’t blame this on the tablets as I generally don’t need these a took them due to been on night shift to help me sleep during the day but me body didn’t agree with them.
