    Experience with seller was good, everything arrived as described. However, I was hit with unexpected duty charges by the carrier that were not listed in the shipping cost. This is a complaint with the carrier/current US leadership and should not reflect poorly on the seller. It's just unfortunate. Also, package lookes like it was stomped on at some point during its journey.

    Product is great, packaging was good, item as described, thought it was decent value with shipping cost until I realized how much it cost to pay import fees from Canada (about 50% of the item cost was tariff/import fees paid to UPS). Leaving positive feedback because it was my fault and not seller’s as they clearly stated in description that buyer pays fees. I just had no idea it would cost so much. I will not be buying anything from Canada again, would not recommend if you live in the US.
