    Communication with the customer has been great! They negotiated on price fairly and helped me resolve an issue with delivery to the best of their ability. When the plow arrived, the three boxes came at different times, but all eventually arrived. The plow was the only box with issues, as the box was a little beat up, causing minor cosmetic damage to the plow and plow parts, but nothing that would affect the assembly or performance. Over, the plow was easy to assemble in just under an hour.

    The plow kit is a top quality product. It was very well packaged. I received a very good price on the plow and it was worth every penny. KFI products are quality made. The only hiccup was shipping of 3rd package which was the blade. FedEx would show that it was on the truck for delivery and then show that a request was made to not deliver it that day. This happened 3 different days and after contacting EBay, Lionparts and FedEx it was straightened out. Not the sellers or EBay’s fault.

    I bought this plow for my kioti mechron,there was a communication problem in ordering and the wrong mount was sent,first I would like to say that it was the fasting shipping I ever got,quality was excellent,once the communication problem was corrected I return the plow for a full refund,my only regret was that I couldn't keep it.you won't find a better made plow than kfi,I had to buy an eagle plow because of fit problems,I you're looking for a plow I would recommend this company highly,thank you
