    The seller sent me the wrong size. They shipped it in an unpadded envelope. The box was crushed in shipping. When I returned the item as it was the wrong size (listing said small but was sent a medium) I simply shipped the box as it was received. I never opened the box as they assert and was not fully refunded what I paid. They held some funds back because it was "opened." which was not true. Bad seller who mislables their listings and does not stand by their actions. NEVER again.

When I contacted the company about the issue, they did not offer to correct their mistake by sending the missing tire. Instead, they only offered a refund if I returned the tire they sent, which means I would have to go through the hassle of packaging and shipping something back for an error that wasn’t mine.
